Experience to Deliver

Frontline offers a full turnkey solution for your fabrication and welding project or product. We cut in house using one of our 3 laser cutters, we fold using one of our 3 brake presses, the largest at 1500 tonne of pressure. We machine using our cnc mills and lathes and then we fabricate. Our sheet metal workers and boilermakers are experienced in an array of materials, and if we don’t have a pre-existing WPS (weld procedure) our team of IIW qualified engineers will design the optimum one and qualify our staff to it via third party non-destructive testing (NDT). We are APAS certified in painting and blasting. We maintain full traceability and can provide Manufacture Data Records (MDRs) for everything we fabricate and weld, including weld mapping and heat certificates. Some of our fabricated assemblies and sub assemblies have faced the toughest trials available, from underground mining to deployment right now in the conflict in Ukraine. But we also understand that your product is your brand, and the aesthetics are a key consideration and should not be compromised when seeking a high quality weld.
