LASER CUTTING
We operate 3 laser cutters, from the highly accurate and excellent edge quality of our 1.5x3m Amadas, to our super large format 3mx6m Panasonic.
Brake Pressing
Pressed components have been our specialty since 1996, and we have expanded our capability by adding 3 brake presses, the largest 1500 tonne with camera-guided angle correction
CNC MACHINING
From complex multi axis milling to low cost repetitive bar-fed turning, machining is how we started and remains our passion.
FABRICATION
We are certified to some of the highest standards in our industry, including ISO383.2 and DIN2303 Q2. We fabricate from precise sheet metal for aerospace to heavy underground mining equipment and everything in between, from manual to robotic.

We are properly resourced and ready to handle your projects. We support pipe welding projects at refineries, resource organisations and chemical manufacturers in Australia and overseas, with all our manufacturing performed in house under our AS/NZS ISO 9001:2015 certified quality management system. Further, our certification under ISO 3834 means that our pipe welding or fabrication process is performed to a stringent quality system specifically for welding processes. We are competent across a range of materials including carbon steel/mild steel, aluminum, and stainless steel.
FAQs
For small diameter pipes we are able to weld efficiently using a pipe rotators. We are able to MIG and TIG weld, depending on materials.
We are not only a pipe welding company – we offer a full range of fabrication services. We have ‘moggies’ for semi-automated welding on structural and heavy projects, which we utilize for repeatable and accurate welding of large pipes. We have the internal cranage and space to support large and complex pipe welding projects. Further, with a full equipped in-house CNC machine shop, we can manufacture flanges and other pipe spooling components internally.
